The Ginger Hot Flavor is a total extract minus the selective components. It contains between 42 and 50 % of the pungent ginger substances, mainly gingerols. The essential oil content is below 5 %. This extract is used in food products and also by many customers in supplements.
Production: By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms
In food:
The ginger extract gives food and drink an interesting, fresh, spicy and hot taste, so that the extract is often used in sweets, drinks, alcoholic beverages and also in rice, meat and other tasty dishes. Ginger products are popular in Asian and also European cuisine.
In cosmetics:
