Peppermint water and peppermint oil with 32% menthol provide a cooling sensation that can help soothe and calm joint pain, while Arnica oil and hot ginger extract provide warming and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce swelling and inflammation.
Myrrh resin and Immortelle oil have been traditionally used for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and work together with Wintergreen oil to provide a warming sensation that can help reduce pain and increase circulation.

How to use

Clean and dry the affected area before applying the relief joint gel.
Apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area, gently massaging it into the skin until fully absorbed.
