Our shipping options are DHL, DPD and Local Postal Service (depending on your location), and is available worldwide. ALL shipping is the customers responsibility to check the tracking for updates. We do not make refunds because you did not collect your parcel, or contact the courier service when a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
